On behalf of everybody at our School, I would like to welcome you to our website and into our small but wonderful school community. I hope that you find our website informative whilst also giving you a sense of the education we provide for the children at Reedness and the surrounding area. 

At Reedness, our goal is to ensure that all children grow up to become independent, resilient, responsible and ambitious members of society.  Together, with the parents, governors and the local community, we seek to make our school a place of high-quality learning and strive for the highest quality in everything we do for our children.

As educators, we are trusted with ensuring that every child who crosses our path is given the best opportunity to succeed with their learning and achieve the most from their school life. Our aim is to ensure that all children are given the tools, experiences and opportunities to grow as a person in the ever-changing world that we live in today.

We see our school, not as a place to learn facts and figures but as a place to develop as a person, develop as a learner, develop emotionally, socially, physically and mentally, a place to grow and flourish. Our curriculum is designed to maximise learning opportunity in all areas by creating inclusive, inquisitive and engaging learners whilst also creating rounded individuals who have a breath of knowledge about the world, are motivated and ready to take on the next stage of their learning with tools that they can use throughout their life.
